Who we are
Entilaqco is a software studio based in Doha, Qatar. Its official name is Entilaqco Digital for Website and Portal Design, Commercial Registration No. 255127. This policy covers intilaqa.qa and the ways you contact us through it.
This site
We use no advertising cookies and no individual tracking. We rely on aggregate Cloudflare visit statistics that measure traffic and page speed and do not identify you.
Contact form
When you send us a message from the site we receive your name, email address and the message itself, and we use them only to reply to you.
Messages sent to info@intilaqa.qa are stored in our mailbox with our email provider and are used only to reply and follow up.
Our apps
Each app handles data differently depending on what it does. Here is what each one actually collects.
Desert Rogue
Collects no personal data. No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting. Your progress is saved on your device only and is never sent anywhere.
Jadwalik
Requires an account, so we store your email, display name, account picture and sign-in provider, along with your saved schedules, imported courses and subscription status, with Supabase.
The app requests camera and photo library permission for one purpose: to take or pick the photo of your timetable.
The timetable image is sent to Anthropic to extract the courses and times. We do not store the image on our systems.
Your user identifier is sent to RevenueCat to manage your subscription.
Anonymised usage events are sent to Firebase Analytics without being tied to your identity.
Sijil
The version available today is a demo running on sample data and collects no user data. We will publish its data detail when it launches properly.
Talaqa
An AI-assisted language practice app, still in development and not yet released. We will publish its data detail when it launches.
Bayan
An app that turns Arabic speech into video, still in development and not yet released. We will publish its data detail when it launches.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the technical service providers we rely on, and only as far as running the service requires:
Cloudflare for hosting · Purelymail for email · Supabase for databases and accounts in Jadwalik and Sijil · RevenueCat for subscriptions in Jadwalik · Google (Firebase Analytics) for anonymised usage events in Jadwalik · Anthropic for timetable image processing in Jadwalik.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its full deletion. Email info@intilaqa.qa and we will handle your request as quickly as we can.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are posted on this page with the revision date.
